Currently I am in partnership with a friend in practice but problem is that he always takes his decision in firm without my consent. what should i do??

U must mutually decide regarding the decision making procedure. Better to solve if there is any issue between u and ur partner.

Then how it is a partnership firm???...everything ranging from profits. activities involving decision making at firm level needs to be shared & mutually agreed preferable to be on paper in form of deed to avoid such issues.
