Indemnity bond format for correction in 26QB for amount credited

21 August 2024 I have filed correction in 26QB with regard to change in amount credited, Total Amount Paid/Credited in previous Installments and Total Stamp Duty Value of the Property in 26 QB. Income tax department has asked me to submit indemnity bond of 100. can any one please provide with FORMAT of the same.
