Is any approval of shareholders require for increase in the remuneration of a WTD of a Pvt. Ltd. Company?
Whether any Return need to be filed with the McA like Form 25A?25C for such increase?

Hi
No need to file any Form-for increasing of director/MD/WTD remuneration of private limited company. The provisions of remuneration of the Companies Act, will not apply to private limited company but their remuneration will govern by their articles.
