I am handling a private limited company which has increased remuneration of its directors. Is it necessary to inform ROC ? if yes then within how many days?

Nothing to report to ROC. Just pass board resolution and alter the remuneration as required.

The provisions related to remuneration are not applicable to a Private Company.
