Increase in authorised share capital

04 October 2014 Is MGT-14 required to filed while increasing the authorised share capital? I filed MGT-14 along with SH-7. The SH-7 got approved but the MGT-14, it is said I have filled up the form wrongly. I couldn't get the reason behind it. The due date to resubmit is 10th sep. So please kindly reply me at the earliest

04 October 2014 For Increase in Authorised capital there was no need to file form MGT.14.

06 October 2014 Thank you Sir! But your reference article says that the notice to be given to the Registrar for alteration of share Capital with in 30 days. If it is so are we required to file any other form other than SH-7. Please reply urgently sir.

06 October 2014 You have to attach the same in SH7 as an optional attachment.
