dear expert,
kindly guide me in this case
A Company has increased authorised share capital before 31.3.14 ie before applicability of companies act 2013 n didn't file form 5 with roc. what procedure has to be followed now. what is d fees n additional feesto be paid by the company. Is any penalty leviable on the company

Now you have to act as per Companies Act, 2013 and file form SH-7 within 30 days of passing of Ordinary Resolution.
No penalty shall be applicable. But you have to pay the late fee when you upload form SH-7.
