Dear Experts,
I would like to know, what will be the Stamp Duty for increasing the Authorised Capital of a Pvt ltd Company from existing Rs. 1000000/- to Rs. 2500000/-.

Sir, Stamp Duty varies from state to state. 2 days back i have uploaded a file named stamp duty.....u can find it in Corporate Law section of this site.....
moreover u can also know the fees on form 5 which comes to rs. 30,000 in ur acse from the MCA Website....... here's a link for it
