Kindly suggest me procedure to increase authorized capital of a pvt. ltd. from sixty lacs to One crore under Company Act 2013 also what will be the ROC Fees etc.

01 August 2014 Thanks Sir for sharing valuable knowledge. Kindly throw some light regarding ROC fee and other stamp duty for increase in authorized capital from 60 lacs to one crore as fees structure is unavailable in mca site.
