Yes u can do dt. U have to pass an Ord. Resol. for such increase if AOA allow for it.
If AOA dont allow then Spec.Resol. shall be passed to first amend the AOA n then propose for incr. in auth.cap.
After dt u have to file form 5 in 1st case n form 23 n 5 in 2nd case.
