22 April 2013 pls tell me the whole procedure to incorporate a public limited company. i have already incorporated pvt. companies bt never public. now i need to incorporate one. please tell me the extra formalities for public company. i think procedure till CIN is same as private. After that what should i file and which form and under which section i need to read the info about that.

what is the formalities to get the certificate of commencement of business. As this is a public company, i will have to follow so much formalities like minimum subscription, public issue and other. Please let me know that
