Dear all,
Can a company have an object cl as - To acquire real estate, in any foreign country & to earn rental income & to explore the possibilities of earning income on investment in shares & what kind of approval need to obtain from RBI.

No need to take RBI approval for this purpose if you are going to incorporate a company having such objects.
