29 May 2014 1. Get DSC of One Subscriber
2. Get DIN No of Every Director who proposed to be a director in New company through Form DIR 3 Attachment was same which was used for DIN 1
3. Then Reserved Your Name in INC 1.
4. Within 60 days after reservation of company name file Form INC 7 and DIR 12. Attachment:- INC 7:- INC 8, INC 9, INC 10, MOA, AOA, Identity Proofs, Residence Proof, and Pan card. DIR 12:- DIR 2, INC 9, Interest of Directors, If any
5. After that upload INC 22 and INC 21 within 30 days after get certificate of Incorporation
