Pls modify Articles of Association as per Companies Act, 2013 and as per MCA notification dated 12.09.2013. Act should be defined as The Companies Act, 1956 and The Companies Act, 2013 as applicable. The definition part of a private company of the AOA should be in line of Section 2(68) of The Companies Act, 2013.
