07 October 2010 Is it possible that MoA & AoA can sign/subscribe by One CA and Form 1, 18 and 32 can upload with other CA's Digital Signature??? Although Name of both CA are mentioned in PoA.

It is possible even if they are not partners as long as they are specifically authorised by the promoters through a POA.
