09 November 2017 Recently i filed Spiec form and the respective form also approved by ROC. My question is can we take print out of the spiec-emoa and AOA in order to open a bank a/c in the name of the company or we need to produce certified copies of the same.

09 November 2017 Requirement may differ from bank to bank for reasons best known to them. Certified copy is suggested.

09 November 2017 Thank you Sir. We already applied for certified copies but one our seniors said that there is no requirement of certified copies. Simply we can take print out of the same and get certified by CA.

09 November 2017 E-MOA & AOA is enough. But some bankers don't know about these e-forms. They still, insist for certified or drafted copies.
