I am going to incorporate a pvt ltd company of of the client and i mentioned the main object of the company as follows;
1. Design, Engineering, Supply, Erection, Testing and commission of Electrical Distribution/ Transmission Line and sub-stations along with all the electrical and electronic equipments related to Electrical infrastructure and construction activities.

2. To purchase, acquire, manufacture and deal in all equipment, instruments, software required for the distribution of power, maintenance of Transmission line, Transformers of all make and size and other electrical and electronics products for the same.

3. To provide man power solutions to power plants, power distribution companies in the area of training of personnel, technical support services including providing trained manpower and equipment installation, undertaking repairing of faults, erecting and maintaining transmission line, transformers, power stations, power houses etc.
and the company name includes infracon but the ROC is not accepting it as main object do't match with name of the company,,, pls suggest what is the discrepencies in it and suggest correct object

19 April 2011 Name of your proposed company should be reflect what is object of your company. You may try to include "transmissions" or "power transmissions" or similar word through which name of your proposed company can be co-related with object of your company name
