11 June 2014 What would be the stampduty payable on incorporation of a private limited company with an authorised capital of Rs. 5,00,000? Also, how can I pay the same online?

11 June 2014 Hi Thanks.. However, these rates pertain to the forms as per the old Act. Will these remain constant under the new act as well as no reference has been given to the new forms?

once you fill the form and opt for online payment of stamp duty, it will shown on the form the amount of stamp duty to be paid.
