18 July 2011 Dear Sir,
I have filed form 1, 18 & 32 for incorporation.
The same has be asked for re submission
with the following remarks

"subscribers part should be hand written"

Pls advice me the procedure for re submission

of the forms.

Shall I have to file all the 3 forms(1,18& 32)

18 July 2011 e-form 1 and its attachment alone need to be resubmitted.

18 July 2011 To Mr. Agarwal

e-form 67 can't be filed for a form which is put for "resubmission".
Addendum (e-form 67) can be filed only if the status of the relevant e-form filed is "pending for user clarification".

18 July 2011 All the details to be filled in the subscription page (Last Page of MOA & AOA) shall be hand written by the respective subscribers and the Witness.

The following are the details in respect of MOA :-

Signature, Name , Fathers name, addresss, occupation and No of shares subscribed in Numeric as well as words.
The following are the details in respect of AOA :-

Signature, Name , Fathers name, addresss, occupation

In respect of witness, the signature, name fathers name, address and occcupation shall be filled in own handwriting.

After doing the same, scan and attach the same with Form1.

In my experience, we have to submit all the three forms 1,18 & 32 using the resubmit link.
