Incorporation in case of a foreign director-notary procedure

In case one of the proposed directors of a company to be incorporated is in US, Is there any alternative for the notary procedures?

The director has to sign in the presence of a CA in MOA&AOA and in the presence of a notary in other documents.

Is there any way we could get it done without him having to cum to India?

17 February 2015 Ya Attestation is fine but can the notarisation of documents like INC-9, INC-10 also be done by Indian Embassy for the foreign director and Indian Notary for the Indian Directors?

In MOA&AOA subscription sheet, CA has to certify that the subscribers signed in his presence, how can that be done if the foreign director cannot come to India.

17 February 2015 Subscription sheet can be signed by US promoter in his country. Subscription sheet and identity proofs shall be notarized and apostillised.
I geuss in the same manner INC 9 & INC 10 can be notarized in USA
