I GOT THE NAME APPROVAL FOR REGD. OFFICE IN HARYANA. (INCORPORATION IS PENDING)
QUERY :- WHETHER I CAN INCORPORATE THE CO. IN THE ANOTHER STATE (RAJASTHAN) UNDER THE SAME NAME AS APPROVED IN HARYANA.? PLEASE PROVIDE THE DETAILS, IF ANY AFFIDAVIT IS TO BE FILED PLEASE PROVIDE SAME

You cant incorporate the Company with the same name in any other state. However, if the Company with original name give consent to allow use same name than the Registrar of Companies can consider

YOU NEED TO MAKE SEPARATE APPLICATION FOR NAME AVAILBILITY IN EACH STATE.
BUT AS THE NAME IS ALREADY ALLOTTED, YOU HAVE TO OBTAIN NOC FROM THE EXISTING ALLOTTEE AND THEN APPLY TO ROC FOR ALLOTMENT OF SAME NAME.
