whether i should incorporate a LLP or Pvt. Ltd. company??? I am planning to start a construction business but unable to decide whether LLP or pvt. ltd. will be better.

i would suggest LLP. companies act 2013 is too restrictive.

I my opnion you start business as propreitor business if you have sufficient fund other wise you can start in LLP.
