I am a commerce graduate along with ca(inter) with experience more than 15 years in field of accounts,audit and taxation.whether i am eligible to get the license of Income tax practioner/Sales tax practioner.If yes,than please let me know the formalities in this respect.

Being commerce graduate you are eligible to get registered for Income tax practioner/Sales tax practioner.
Fill the respective forms available in respective rules and apply to the concerned ITO/CTO.
