18 December 2009 Employer did not give salary certificate. Can any person show his salary income (less than exemption limit)under the head of salary if no then which head he has to show his income ? Whcih head will he show his income ?

18 December 2009 Anybody can filed their It return even if they have under the limit Income and if you are a salary income on that Previous year you must have to filed salary return not any other ITR. So don't create any problem while choosing ITR. IT Dept. has no objection if you have no attachments instead of any Certification which is necessary with ITRs.

You are having confusion in Head of income, employer not giving salary certificate, whether you are receiving Pay slip, if yes you can show salary head
