28 July 2011 can i so other vehicles income 9500 per month .i have four wheeler vehicles.

29 July 2011 If the section No starts from 44, it does not mean that this section is made for all the vehicles having 4-4 wheels.

The Section applies to Goods Carriages having 4 or 6 or more wheels. It does not applies to Motor Cars running on hire for the transportation of passengers.
.
However if your query is about Goods Carriages only you can show higher income.
For other than Goods Carriage you can show income as a percentage of your Gross receipts U/s 44AD.
