please suggest me
person has Photoshop and doing photography at rented place but he use name of another person. but rent agreement is in that person name who is doing business of photography. now he want to file income tax than which kind of income he need to sho??? can he show business income

it is his business income......what is the query regarding...rent and all that....?

If he is using another person name i.e. raising invoice in another person name he cann't assume to be in business or profession. He could not file return under head PGBP.
