I have 1 bhk ( Self accupied )with out any burden of any Financial Institute.
Now in dec 12 i purchase new flat.so,
Pl tell if i rented out this new flat,then can i take hole interest amount subsidy under 24c.

for rental income, the entire amount of interest on housing loan can be deducted from the NET maintenable rent.
