Sir , please suggest i am unable to file income tax return for AY 2013-14 due to when upload the IT Return says last date is expired please suggest how to file

you cannot file online. best case scenario is to file manually with AO with an application for condonation under section 119(2)

The time limit for filing ITR for AY 2013-14 was till 31st March 2015. It is over.
However, you may manually file at your nearest Income Tax Office.
But there may be a chance to get a penalty of Rs. 5,000/- on non-filing of ITR on time.
