Someone may please reply to my following queries:
Query
Income Tax Statutory Form No.3CA - whether this should be used for company only ?
(I am aware that Form No.3CD is a common one)

Income Tax Statutory Form No.3CB - whether this should be used for Individuals / Firms only
and even can company also use Form No.3CB ?
Ans : ......................
I am unable to understand certain companies use this Form No.3CB. What could be
the reason for using this form (which is meant for Individuals / Firms) ?

Form 3CA is for those who are required to do their accounts audited under statue other than Income tax Act and 3CB is for other who are required to do only Income tax audit.
Normally form 3CA is used in case of companies because they are required to do audit of accounts under companies act 1956.
But if the Financial year of the co. is other than Apr to mar then form 3cb is used.

It is used for those assessees whose accounts are audited under some other act as well
