31 August 2012 Please about me what are income tax provisions for audit of educational school trust when gross receipts like sport fund,admission fees,tuition fees,bus charges
are less than 1 crores and above 1 crores

31 August 2012 1 crore limit is for TAX AUDIT. Income tax provisions are same de void of 1 crore. What is your real difficulty?

31 August 2012 Please about me in detail Income tax rules related with Educational School Trust for audit and non audit of books of account and books of account are to be maintain by school .Please if possible give me perfoma of balance sheet and income and expenditure.
