Dear Friends
Is it obligation of the employer to file Income Tax returns of the employees.
Although I have never read about it in the income tax law.
In some concerns it is being done by the corporates.
Which is some times beneficial for the employees.

its not employers obligation
obligation is only to issue Form 16 only
