1. Go to incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
2. Register yourself on the website.
3. Download the applicable excel utility.
4. Fill in all the details.
5. Generate the xml file.
6. Upload the xml file on incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
7. ITR V will be downloaded. Take a print out & send to CPC Bangalore.

Yes, exactly. Pls do it as it is said above. If you can't do it, come online on Skype.

Moreover, ITR1 and ITR4s can directly be filled and submitted online from this year. No need to download Excel Utility for these 2 forms.
