If i have a turnover of say 5 crore but ny net profit is below BEL , am i required to file income tax return

Yes , Not only you need to file I Tax Return but also to get audit ( from AY 2020-21 , Audit requirement is for 10 crore turnover if Cash receipt and payment up to 5% )
