09 May 2022 Revised return can be filed after return is processed but before the end of 31st March the due date for filing revised return.

12 May 2022 Not possible.
In case of refund file rectification under section 154 time limit is 4 years from date of intimation.

In case of additional tax payable on disclosing additional income file ITR U.
