Hello Everybody,
I have one query.
My net taxable is less than 3 lakh. Is it compulsory to file IT return for the F.Y. 2013-2014.
MY TDS is deduced.
I want to know is it ok if i dont file return since my net taxable income is less than 3 lakh.

yes u need to mandatory file return as per sec 139 explaination it says is total income b4 giving any exemption or deduction then itr needs to be filed.
