Hello My father is Hindu Prist (Panditji) and performs Pooja. Yearly income approx 5-6 Lac PA. Now want to submit his income tax return how the income will be shown as we don't have any service tax registration.

Item no 5b of the Mega Exemption Notification No. 25/2012, dated 20 June 2012, grants exemption to "conduct of any religious ceremony".
Service Tax Registration Not required. So go ahead and file Income Tax Return.
