02 October 2008 I Have A Problem About a individual having only insurance commission,& i couldn't Identify which ITR Form he have to submit.& what is the last date to submit Income tax for Individual

02 October 2008 Consider as business income and file ITR-4.If the gross commission is > Rs.40 lakhs specified date was 30-09-2008 otherwise due date was 31-7-2008 presuming that the question is relating to asst.year 2008-09.

02 October 2008 THE ITR 4 is available for the assessee..

But, If the assess has also income other than the Insurance commission.

Then it has to be shown seperately the Insurance income and other income.

The expenses related to other income should not be clubbed with insurance.
