23 July 2021 Can we file Income Tax Return for AY 2020-2021 now.... what is the way out for the same.

24 July 2021 Last date for filing Income Tax return for A.Y. 20-21 is over. You can only file it if you have refund and condonation application filed for same.

24 July 2021 Thanx for your reply. there is no refund. but we have paid Rs. 1000.00 late fees. so can we file condonation application and then file ITR

24 July 2021 So, you cant file return.

25 July 2021 If you have taxable income and missed filing of return, then you may file a return in paper mode with a letter to the assessing officer with a request to issue notice and after receipt of notice you may file a return online in response to the notice.
