22 April 2015 Dear Experts, Good Morning. I need one clarification regarding Manual submission of Income Tax Return for the AY 2012-13 of income more than 10lakhs. Now we have assessed our income and paid the Tax amount for the same. But IT dept people won't accept our return. Kindly suggest to me is there any way to submit our IT Return for AY 2012-13. Assessee is a individual.

22 April 2015 An assessee whose total income is exceeding Rs. 10lakhs, electronic filing is mandatory. Therefore, your return was not accepting by the department.

You don't have second chance to file your income tax return.
