02 October 2014 whether now it is necessary to revise the income tax returns already filed for assessment year 14-15 without auditors details with providing auditors details or is there any other formality?

02 October 2014 Auditors details required to eb mentioned only if Tax Audit is applicable. For Tax Audit case, Income Tax Return filed without uploading Tax Audit Report is defective return pursuant to Section 139(9)(bb)
