01 June 2018 You can file the return till 31 July 2018 without penalty, If return filled after July than you can file by not paying penalty and wait for the notice of Demand

01 June 2018 Actually sir a company have a notice of demand for penalty for earlier period (not for 2017-18). penalty is not yet paid by them and comapny wants to file his income tax return. whether it is mandatory to pay penalty first before filling ITR
