What are The Consequences If Say F.Y. 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11 Returns Not Filled, But Whatever Be Income, 80% From Salary, TDS Was Deducted.
But Return Not Filled.
Now Assessee Want to File Return.
What are The Related Points.

25 September 2012 That person as such cannot file returns of FY 08-09 and 09-10 now..

A return can be filed upto 31st march of the assessment your or maximum upto next assessment year...

And for TDS and late filing penalties, refer to books, they can guide you about interest charged by INCOME TAX department for late filing ITR.

Issue Is That Whether E Return I Can File of Year 2008-09, 2009-10. ?
