Dear sir may cilent run medical stores whether they business falls profession and he should be filed return under section 44ada or filed itr4

44ADA is not applicable for medical store.

File your Return under Section -44AD and Disclose Income @ 8%/6%. If less than Presumptive rate then go for Audit and File ITR-3
