If you are in receipt of Salary every month file Return in ITR-1

07 July 2011 ITR 4 ..Income from business or profrssion,,
since your income is considered as professional income..mostly your TDS will be deducted u/s 194j..(Form 16A)

if it is sec 192 (form 16) salaries it is ITR 1
