dear Sir,
Usually how long it takes to get Income tax Refund from department.
I had filed my tax return for 2007-08 in june'09.Yet it has not been credited to my account.
I had contacted to the Incom Tax department,they said request has been send to NSDL, Bangluroo,in november'2010.
Is this true to pay 10% Commission to the Income Tax Authority.
What should i do now?

i suppose you are asking for refund and not return ehich wrongly mentioned by youy.. no time fix.. my frnd got it in 5 months .. its been more then 2 years and still i am waiting
