i have completed my tax audit before time limit and signed by auditor on 13th oct.10 but due to some uncertain reasons i could not file my income tax return so pls tell me that at present can i file my income tax return and how much penalty will charge by department .

u can file it return on or before 15th october.2010 in that case no penalty shall be levied on you.
