Dear sir/mam,
one of my client has income from cab service which want to show u/s 44AE and he has also income from capital gain short term and long term from share trading. in ITR 4S now itr 4, there is not schedule for capital gain. which itr will be applicable where I can show 44AE income and CG.

You have to file ITR-3 in this case.
