Can we manually file our Income Tax Return for the FY 2008-09???Even if we file manually, can we get it stamped in our respective jurisdiction???
If the return is electronically filed, we have the acknowledgement to Bangalore (CPC Department)..
So to avoid the procedure, can we do it manually???

Yes you can file a paper return. Only a paper return can be stamped in your juridiction.
Yes for all online returns, acknowledgement will be issued from bangalore.
