A.Y. 2013-14 An individual filled ITR having turnover of Rs 60 Lakh and declare his Profit 6% i.e. Rs. 360000.00 and paid taxes accordingly. He hires truck and give to company. He does not own any truck with his name. Is there any consequence in this case or it is ok???

You should have to furnish audit report by Chartered Accountant, being you shown less than 8% profit
