07 April 2015 A.Y. 2013-14 An individual filled ITR having turnover of Rs 60 Lakh and declare his Profit 6% i.e. Rs. 360000.00 and paid taxes accordingly. He hires truck and give to company. He does not own any truck with his name. Is there any consequence in this case or it is ok???
