22 December 2014 Dear friends,

One of my friend filled a ITR for a.y.2014-15 in which he has mention wrong tan no. because of that our client can't get it refund. Can we filled a revise return for this. i also apply in ratification on income tax site but no refund is counted.

22 December 2014 Please verify 26AS whether TDS is reflected in it, if not contact the dedutor for revision of TDS return. I presume for want of TDS credit you are not getting refund.

23 December 2014 Dear Sir,

23 December 2014 I thought for want of credit in 26AS you are not getting refund. You can revise the return.

23 December 2014 Dear Friend,

Sorry for nagging. Are you suggesting that I should revise the return u/s 139(1)?

I thought that if I would file rectification request, AO will revise the Intimation u/s 143(1). I did this but got the same intimation again without any refund.
