01 December 2014 Experts,
If an individual say Mr. X did job from april to sep in india and from oct to march in a foreign say in dubai where income is tax free.

Now my question is while filing ITR of Mr.X, how to show his salary income ? Should he show income which he earned in India only or to shown salary earned in dubai also ??

Please guide me.

01 December 2014 he is not resident if he has been staying for less then 182 days so no need to show foriegn income

Now lets say his status is resident in India i.e. he is staying in India for more than 182 days (did job in dubai for 5 months from nov to march), then what will be the answer ??
